Description

Enjoy these healthy homemade oat bars made with wholesome ingredients.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup old-fashioned oats
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 2 tsp maple syrup
  • 1 tbsp walnuts (chopped)
  • 1 tbsp roasted salted peanuts (chopped)
  • 1 tsp sesame seeds
  • 1 tsp raisins
  • 2 tbsp dried dates
  • 2 tbsp dried apricots
  • ⅓ tsp vanilla extract (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl or container, mash the ripe banana with a fork until smooth. Add maple syrup and vanilla extract. Mix well.
  2. Chop the nuts and dried fruits and mix them into the mashed banana mixture.
  3. Preheat your air fryer to 320ºF (160ºC).
  4. Divide the mixture into 6 portions and carefully fill the silicone mold.
  5. Place the mixture-filled mold into the air fryer basket. Air fry for around 20-25 minutes or until they turn golden brown and cooked through.
  6. Once the oatmeal bars are ready, carefully remove them from the molds and let them cool before serving.
  7. Enjoy your healthy homemade oat bars!
