Ingredients

Scale
  • 3 lb beef chuck roast
  • 5 red or Yukon Gold medium potatoes (halved)

  3. Pour the gravy directly over the ingredients in the slow cooker.
  4. Cover and cook on low for 8 hours.
  5. Carefully remove and serve.

Notes

  • For best results, brown the beef roast in a skillet before adding it to the slow cooker.
