Ingredients

  • 1 and 1/2 cups Ragda
  • 1 and 1/2 cups Yogurt (Whisked with 1 tsp sugar)
  • 1 cup Sweet Tamarind Chutney
  • 1/2 cup Green Chutney
  • 1 tsp Cumin Powder
  • 1 tsp Black salt
  • 1 tsp Red Chilli Powder
  • 1 tsp Chaat Masala Powder

Instructions

  1. Break the aloo tikki on the serving plate using your fingers.
  2. Top with the remaining ingredients.
  3. Serve immediately.
