Description

Ingredients

  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 4 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon chicken bouillon powder
  • 1 teaspoon beef bouillon powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 2 cups water

Instructions

  1. In a medium saucepan, melt butter over medium heat.
  2. Whisk in the flour and cook for 2–3 minutes until lightly golden.
  3. Add chicken bouillon, beef bouillon, onion powder, garlic powder, and pepper, stirring to combine.
  4. Gradually whisk in the water until the mixture is smooth.
  5. Simmer for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the gravy thickens.
  6. Taste and adjust seasonings if needed before serving.
