Description
Delicious chocolate cookies filled with mini M&Ms and white chocolate chips.
Ingredients

- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour (or gluten-free flour blend)
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter (softened)
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 3 tablespoons milk of choice
- 1 cup mini M&Ms
- 2 cups white chocolate chips
- 1 teaspoon coconut oil or neutral oil
- Sprinkles
Instructions
- Heat-treat flour in a microwave-safe bowl for 90 seconds, whisking every 30 seconds. Cool completely.
- Beat butter and sugar until creamy. Add vanilla and milk, mixing well.
- Add salt and cooled flour. Mix until dough forms. Fold in M&Ms.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment. Scoop 1 tablespoon portions of dough and chill for 10 minutes. Roll into smooth balls and chill again while melting coating.
- Melt white chocolate chips with oil in 30 second bursts, stirring between each, until smooth.
- Dip chilled dough balls in melted chocolate. Place back on parchment.
- Top with sprinkles and chill for 5–10 minutes until coating sets.
Notes
- Ensure flour is properly heat-treated to eliminate raw taste.
- For a different flavor, try using flavored chocolate chips.
