Delicious and easy-to-make peanut butter chocolate chip oat bars that are perfect for a snack or dessert!

- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1 cup natural peanut butter
- 1 cup honey or maple syrup
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- ½ cup granola
- ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
- a pinch salt
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line an 8×8-inch baking dish with parchment paper for easy removal.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the rolled oats, natural peanut butter, and honey (or maple syrup). Stir until you achieve a smooth and uniform mixture.
- Fold in the chocolate chips, granola, and vanilla extract. Sprinkle in a pinch of salt for that extra zing!
- Pour the mixture into your lined baking dish and press it down firmly with a spatula or your hands.
- Place the dish in the oven and allow it to bake for 15-20 minutes, until the edges are golden brown.
- Remove from the oven and let it cool completely. Once cooled, lift the bars out using the parchment, cut them into squares, and enjoy!
