Description

A delicious baked salmon recipe infused with citrus flavors.


Ingredients

Scale
  • lbs salmon fillet
  • 1 orange, thinly sliced
  • 1 lemon, thinly sliced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley or dill, chopped
  • ½ tsp dried oregano or thyme
  • to taste salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment.
  2. Place salmon skin-side down. Drizzle with olive oil and rub with garlic, herbs, salt, and pepper.
  3. Lay orange and lemon slices over the top.
  4. Bake for 12–15 minutes or until salmon flakes easily with a fork.
  5. Garnish with extra herbs and serve with rice, quinoa, or roasted veggies.
