Description

This delicious bundt cake is made with biscuit dough, brown sugar, and cinnamon, making it the perfect sweet treat.

Ingredients

Scale
  • ¾ cup butter (melted)
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 2 (16 ounce each) rolls biscuit dough (16 ounces each)
  • ½ cup granulated sugar
  • 1½ teaspoons cinnamon
  • ½ cup walnuts (finely chopped, optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350℉. Grease a bundt pan or spray with cooking spray.
  2. In a bowl, stir together brown sugar and melted butter until well combined. Set aside.
  3. Mix cinnamon and sugar in a large bowl. Cut biscuits into quarters, add to sugar mixture, and toss to coat. Shake off any excess sugar.
  4. Layer the sugared biscuits and walnuts in the prepared bundt pan. Drizzle the brown sugar mixture evenly over the top.
  5. Bake for 33-37 minutes or until golden and no longer doughy in the center. Allow to cool in pan for 5 minutes. Loosen edges with a spatula and invert onto a serving platter. Serve warm.

Notes

  • For a nut-free version, omit the walnuts.
  • This cake is best served warm, but can be stored in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
