Description

Ingredients

  • 1 pint fresh blueberries
  • 1 pint fresh strawberries, sliced
  • 2 cups heavy whipping cream
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, whip the heavy cream with powdered sugar and vanilla until soft peaks form.
  2. In individual serving glasses or jars, layer pound cake cubes, whipped cream, blueberries, more whipped cream, strawberries, and repeat layers if desired.
