- 1 pint fresh blueberries
- 1 pint fresh strawberries, sliced
- 2 cups heavy whipping cream
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- In a large bowl, whip the heavy cream with powdered sugar and vanilla until soft peaks form.
- In individual serving glasses or jars, layer pound cake cubes, whipped cream, blueberries, more whipped cream, strawberries, and repeat layers if desired.
- Finish with a dollop of whipped cream and a few berries on top for garnish.
- Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to serve.
