Scale
  • 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1 cup bell peppers (any color), sliced
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 3 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce

Instructions

  1. Prep your ingredients by washing and chopping all vegetables.

  5. In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, honey, garlic, and sesame oil.
  6. Pour the sauce over the stir-fry mixture and cook for another 2 minutes until everything is well-coated.
