Ingredients

- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 tsp salt
- 0 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 0 tsp onion powder
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 cup shredded cheese (mozzarella or cheddar)
- 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough
- 4 tbsp unsalted butter (melted)
- 2 cloves garlic (minced)
- 0 cup Parmesan cheese (grated)
- 1 tbsp parsley (chopped)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Cook ground beef in a skillet until browned; drain grease and season.
- Flatten biscuit dough and add beef and cheese to center.
- Seal dough tightly around filling and place seam-side down.
- Mix melted butter, garlic, Parmesan, and parsley.
- Brush bombs with garlic Parmesan butter.
- Bake 15–18 minutes until golden brown.
- Brush with remaining butter and serve warm.
Notes
- For extra flavor, consider adding additional spices to the meat mixture.
- You can use biscuit dough from scratch for a homemade version.
