Ingredients

- 7 oz instant noodles
- 5 tablespoons dairy free butter
- ½ inch ginger, peeled and finely chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, pressed
- 4 scallions, chopped
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- to taste Salt and pepper
Instructions
- Cook the noodles according to package instructions and drain.
- In a large pan, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the ginger and garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Stir in the scallions and let them soften.
- Add the soy sauce and brown sugar, stirring until the mixture becomes glossy.
- Add the noodles and toss gently to coat them in the sauce.
- Season with salt and pepper and cook for another minute until everything is well combined.
- Serve warm.
