Description

Ingredients

  • 1 lb lean ground beef
  • 1 medium onion, finely chopped
  • 1 cup diced bell peppers (red or yellow)
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • Optional toppings: Lettuce and tomato slices

Instructions

  1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat (400°F) or oven.
  2. In a bowl, mix ground beef, onion, bell peppers, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika until combined.
  3. Shape the mixture into four equal patties.
  4. Place each patty on a large piece of aluminum foil. Top with cheese and fold tightly to seal each packet.
  5. Cook on the grill or in the oven for 25-30 minutes until internal temperature reaches 160°F.
  6. Carefully unwrap packets and serve with lettuce and tomato slices.
