A deliciously elegant appetizer featuring sweet pears and savory prosciutto.
Ingredients

- 2 ripe pears
- 4 oz thinly sliced prosciutto
- 3 tbsp raw honey
- 2 tbsp toasted pine nuts (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Wash, dry, and halve the pears lengthwise, removing the core.
- Wrap each pear half snugly with prosciutto.
- Place the wrapped pears cut-side up on the baking sheet with space between them.
- Drizzle honey generously over each pear half.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until the prosciutto is crispy and the pears are tender. Serve warm.
Notes
- Toasted pine nuts add a nice crunch but are optional.
- Serve warm as an appetizer or side dish.
