Ingredients

  • 34 lbs boneless turkey breast
  • 8 oz high-quality prosciutto, thinly sliced
  • 12 oz herbed stuffing mix
  • 1 cup low-sodium chicken broth
  • 2 tbsp fresh rosemary, chopped
  • 2 tbsp fresh thyme, chopped
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the stuffing mix with chicken broth according to package instructions and stir in chopped herbs.
  3. Carefully slice a pocket into the turkey breast and fill it generously with the prepared stuffing.
  4. Lay out slices of prosciutto on a cutting board and wrap them around the stuffed turkey breast, overlapping slightly for full coverage.
  5. Drizzle olive oil over the wrapped turkey and season with salt and pepper to taste.
