Ingredients

  • 4 oz dark chocolate (high-quality)
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup pure pumpkin puree
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp pumpkin spice mix

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Grease ramekins with cooking spray and dust with cocoa powder.
  2. Melt dark chocolate and butter in a microwave-safe bowl in short bursts until smooth.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together sugar, eggs, and pumpkin puree until well blended. Stir in the melted chocolate mixture until combined.
  4. Gently fold in flour and pumpkin spice mix until just mixed.
  5. Pour batter into prepared ramekins, filling each three-quarters full.
  6. Bake for 12-14 minutes until edges are firm but centers jiggle slightly.
  7. Cool slightly before inverting onto plates and serving warm.
