A delicious pumpkin chocolate lava cake that is perfect for fall.
Ingredients

- 4 oz dark chocolate (high-quality)
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup pure pumpkin puree
- 2 large eggs
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp pumpkin spice mix
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Grease ramekins with cooking spray and dust with cocoa powder.
- Melt dark chocolate and butter in a microwave-safe bowl in short bursts until smooth.
- In another bowl, whisk together sugar, eggs, and pumpkin puree until well blended. Stir in the melted chocolate mixture until combined.
- Gently fold in flour and pumpkin spice mix until just mixed.
- Pour batter into prepared ramekins, filling each three-quarters full.
- Bake for 12-14 minutes until edges are firm but centers jiggle slightly.
- Cool slightly before inverting onto plates and serving warm.
Notes
- For an extra touch, serve with vanilla ice cream.
- Make sure not to overbake to keep the center gooey.
