Description

Ingredients

  • 1 sheet puff pastry (thawed)
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 2 shallots (sliced)
  • 2 cups mushrooms (sliced)
  • 4 oz goat cheese (softened)
  • 2 tbsp heavy cream
  • 1 tsp fresh thyme

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line baking sheet with parchment.
  2. Roll puff pastry and cut into portions. Score borders lightly.
  3. Sauté shallots and mushrooms in butter and olive oil until golden.
  4. Mix goat cheese with cream and herbs until smooth.
  5. Spread cheese on pastry and top with mushroom mixture.
  6. Bake 18–22 minutes until golden and puffed.
