Description

This refreshing salad combines ripe avocados, fresh peaches, and mozzarella with a drizzle of balsamic glaze.


Ingredients

  • 2 ripe avocados
  • 2 fresh peaches
  • 1 cup fresh mozzarella balls (bocconcini)
  • 1 cup fresh basil leaves
  • 3 tbsp balsamic glaze
  • 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil

Instructions

  1. Wash all fruits and herbs under cold water.
  2. Slice avocados and peaches into bite-sized pieces.
  3. In a large bowl, gently toss avocado slices and peach wedges without mashing.
  4. Fold in the fresh mozzarella balls carefully.
  5. Tear basil leaves into smaller pieces and add them to the mixture.
  6. Drizzle olive oil and balsamic glaze over the salad, tossing gently to coat.
  7. Season with salt and freshly cracked black pepper before serving.
