- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1/4 cup water (as needed)
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1 cup strawberries, sliced
- Fresh mint leaves (for garnish, optional)
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine flour, granulated sugar, salt, and cinnamon.
- Add melted butter and mix well. Gradually add water until the dough forms.
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Roll the dough into small circles, about 4 inches in diameter. Bake for 10-15 minutes or until golden brown.
- While still warm, bend the baked circles over a spoon or crinkled aluminum foil to form taco shells.
- In a mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth.
- Gradually add powdered sugar and continue mixing until well combined.
- Stir in the vanilla extract.
- In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form.
- Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until fully incorporated.
- Cover the cheesecake mixture and refrigerate for about an hour to firm up.
- Once the taco shells are cool and the cheesecake filling is chilled, fill each taco shell with the cheesecake mixture using a piping bag or spoon.
- Top with sliced strawberries.
- Optionally, garnish with fresh mint leaves for added flavor and color.
- Drizzle with chocolate or strawberry sauce if desired.

- For an even sweeter filling, increase the powdered sugar.
