Deliciously marinated boneless chicken thighs cooked to perfection.
Ingredients

- 2 lb boneless skinless chicken thighs
- 1 cup plain yogurt
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 3 tbsp lemon juice (fresh)
- 4 cloves garlic (minced)
- 2 tsp ground cumin
- 2 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp turmeric
- 1 tsp ground coriander
- 1 tsp salt
Instructions
- Mix yogurt, olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, and spices in a large bowl.
- Add chicken thighs and coat evenly. Marinate at least 2 hours or overnight.
- Heat skillet over medium-high heat.
- Cook chicken 5–7 minutes per side until golden and cooked through.
- Rest chicken 5 minutes, then slice thinly.
- Serve warm with pita, rice, or salad.
